We are looking for a talented, driven and team orientated person for an Inside Sales Representative role that thrives in a fast paced software sales environment.

 

This role is based in Austin, TX working out of the Blancco office. Exceptions will be considered.

 

About the role

 

The ITAD Inside Sales Rep plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

 

The role involves prospecting, outbound lead management, opportunity generation and account management as the successful employee:

  • Takes responsibility for the timely management, qualification, allocation and reporting of inbound sales leads;
  • Generates interest in Blancco drive solutions through various channels and means of outreach;
  • Supports the ITAD sales efforts

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for all transactional business <$50k.
  • Source net new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails in addition to inbound lead follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Qualify, route and report on opportunities to the appropriate personnel for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest by professionally articulating Blancco’s value proposition.
  • Maintain and expand target prospect database within assigned campaigns / verticals.

 

Key Experience

 

  • Proven inside sales experience a plus.
  • High attention to detail and documentation of daily work.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. (Office 365).
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Candidate must demonstrate flexibility and be coachable.
  • Software/ITAD sales experience plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
